EFLA has worked on various projects in traffic analysis but the most common ones are analysis of new and existing crossings and the connections between them.
Capacity calculations are used to assess capacity, queue length and waiting time for all traffic flows and the information is used directly for geometric road design. In smaller projects the program SIDRA INTERSECTION is used for capacity calculations whereas VISSIM simulation program is used in larger traffic analyses.
