Indoor air quality consultation and building health assessment

Consultation regarding indoor air quality is relevant for design of new buildings and for improvement in buildings already in use.

For buildings already in use, EFLA provides assessment of building health. EFLA inspects buildings with regard to moisture-related problems, air tightness of building components, effectiveness of ventilation and other indoor pollution. EFLA also provides support with project planning and control for restoration of building health.

The indoor air quality consultation for design of new buildings includes evaluation of robustness of building components with regard to moisture, moisture control during the building process, selection of building materials, evaluation of easiness of cleaning and much more.
