EFLA has been confirmed as a party to a framework agreement worth 40 Million NOK, after competing with bids from all the largest engineering consulting firms in the Nordics.

High score and confirmation of quality

EFLA and its partners in the tender consortia scored high and especially when it came to quality. The tender was in competition with 15 other tenders, including all the largest engineering consulting firms in the Nordics. Only 5 tender groups where chosen and will share the 40 million NOK project pot.

The agreement covers the needs for planning and design services in Hamar in connection with the municipality's upcoming building and construction projects for the next 2-4 years. Hamar is home to over 30.000 inhabitants and also the up-side-down Viking ship arena from the 94 winter Olympics.

Continuing a positive trend for EFLA

EFLA was also recently awarded a framework agreement for transportation consultation with the municipality region of Vestfold and Telemark, located in southern Norway with about 420 thousand inhabitants.

These two frame agreements are further confirmation of the extensive professional knowledge and specialized experience that EFLA's staff in Iceland and Norway possess when it comes to project management, consulting and design of transportation infrastructure projects.
