EFLA Consulting Engineers has finalised the acquisition of the Polish firm Ispol Projekt. Ispol specialises in general preparation and design of energy transmission lines and substations. That includes overhead power lines, underground cables and fiber optic cables as well as high voltage equipment.
Ispol acquisition
Among the principal clients of Ispol Projekt are PSE, the Polish Transmission System Operator (TSO), Polish Distribution System Operators (DSO's), and contractors in this field. For over a decade, EFLA has had a very good relationship with Ispol, and prior to the acquisition owned a small share in the firm. Ispol has over 30 employees, with its headquarters in Lodz, Poland.

In addition to further business development in Poland, the acquisition will also strengthen the expertise and competitiveness of EFLA and expand EFLA's opportunities globally.
