In the fast-paced fields of engineering and construction technology, no two projects are the same, and effective research, development and innovation are all critical components in EFLA's on-going mission to become a leader in these areas.

Much of the responsibility for achieving this aim lies with the EFLA Research and Innovation Division, a team comprised of engineers, scientists, technicians and other industry professionals that provides the company and its clients with cutting-edge research, expertise and innovative solutions as applied to a broad spectrum of engineering issues and requirements, as well as issue-specific solutions for application to individual projects.

The team is also responsible for the operation of the company's specialist in-house laboratory well equipped within specialized research facilities. Acting independently or in conjunction with external agencies and academic institutions, this state-of-the-art facility focuses, among other things, on research and development in:
